Dread going to dentist but impressions great. The reception staff were really nice. Mr. Lad the dentist the best I’ve ever met. He asked me to recall my dental history & then proceeded to explain what the session that day would entail. He showed me the results of X-rays on a large monitor. Then he proceeded to outline my treatment plan which was booked in the next week. I reassured throughout and was given a copy of treatment plan. His dental nurse was very good, chatting away to me which put me more at ease. The cost is much less than I paid in the past for similar checks. Highly recommended

Needed emergency treatment due to tooth pain. I am registered with another dentist but needed emergency treatment so googled and found R Dental Clinic with 433 reviews with 4.9 stars. Went online and managed to see all available slots and 1 slot for 4:30pm today. Booked appointment with Dentist Aneesah Aslam, went in with reception staff welcoming. Aneesah and staff very professional, checked whats wrong and informed cost of x-ray followed by explaining the x-ray and offering extraction of tooth. I am so pleased with the service and know this same day service has saved me from many days of pain. Will highly recommend this place, A1 service throughout. Thank you

I was so surprised Aneesah was able to build a tooth back up again for me that had cracked down the middle, she did a great job, ypu cant tell there is anything wrong with it now . I am not very confident in the dentist I was grateful to her and Julie for making sure I was ok throughout the procedure. Thank you girls I will be back soon .

Called to arrange an appointment for my son, when asked his age (22) was told the surgery wasn’t accepting NHS patients, automatically presuming that’s the service he wanted when he was in fact wanting to register as a private patient, when he arrived at his appointment he was again asked “are you sure you have an appointment here” I’m guessing this was due to his age and clothes (tracksuit) this was quite a judgey comment to make, not only did it make him feel uncomfortable but more nervous than he was already feeling and felt the comment was inappropriateThat said…his experience with Aneta Korobczuk was fantastic, she put him at ease talked him through what was needed and made his experience a comfortable oneHe will he booking in for further treatmentThanks again

I recently had an appointment with dental hygienist Marihah Taj, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I sat in the chair, she was incredibly polite and made me feel completely at ease. Her gentle approach made the entire cleaning process comfortable, which is something I really appreciated.What stood out most was how informative she was. Marihah took the time to explain everything she was doing, offered helpful tips for maintaining oral hygiene at home, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely cares about patient education and comfort.Overall, I felt well taken care of and left the appointment with a better understanding of my dental health. I attended the R dental clinic last week for the first time. I had an emergency appointment booked in with Dr Khan as I had a very painful tooth infection. He gave great advice on treatments and was very informative. I have started my root canal therapy and I am very happy with the treatment I have received so far!

Amazing service, definitely the best both myself and my wife experienced based on previous visits to dentists. I have always found Dr Lad to be of the utmost expertise since he took over the practice from Dr Fraser and moved it on with technology and his skill growing the practice employing more dentists and hygienists and enlarging the premises. The receptionists and nurses cannot do enough for you ensuring your comfort and being clear with costs of dental care and plans. Dr Lad is thorough and you feel comfortable on everything from routine appointments to more serious dental procedures. I highly recommend the practice. It has a family feel is immaculately clean and documents are sent by email for you to complete prior to your appointment thus saving valuable time for busy people. Thank you team .

Had my routine check up yesterday/ Hygienist Vist with Rachel today. I have to say she was amazing, listened to me and made me comfortable from start. Very professional, felt very comfortable with her left feeling happy with my Vist. Also must say she gave me so much better information on products that will work better for me. Her attitude with her young colleague was also lovely to listen to she really was a very lovely lady. I will definitely be asking for her by name on my next visit! My one complaint is the dentist are always changing I understand why but was much better when you saw same person....

Great service. I had an initial consultation which included x rays and a treatment plan for dental work. I found Aneta to be polite and informative and she gave detailed information regarding the work required. I followed up with an appointment with a hygiene assistant where I was given information on the current condition of my teeth and what steps are needed to improve the condition of my teeth moving forward. Excellent service from start to finish. Customer care and tretment were spot on all the way through. My teeth looked and felt brand new, after a hygiene clean and polish which included removal of tarter overtime and staining on teeth. Staining was completely removed. Having just completed the Boutique whitening treatment with my dentist Ritesh Lad , I am pleased to say I am very happy with the shade of white that my teeth are now at , after completing the whitening treatment . Dentist Ritesh Lad is so friendly, and was very informative and about the whole procedure, and I felt confident going away to then follow out the treatment each night for next 21 days . I noticed a significant change within the whiteness of my teeth after week one of using it , and by week three of the treatment I now feel more confident about my smile knowing my teeth are now a brighter shade of white . The surgery is always very welcoming , and I always feel very well cared for, each time I visit for my checkups with my dentist Ritesh Lad and I always look forward to my appointments with hygienist Loi MacH, I highly recommend this dental surgery.

Really great experience working with Ritesh getting my teeth back to a healthy state after struggling to find a dentist post pandemic. I am highly delighted with my new crown which was fitted today. It's a perfect match and it feels just right. I am in awe of the wonderful technology that Dr Lad used to allow me to view my teeth in 3D - amazing! That said, RDental Clinic have always treated me with courtesy and respect, perhaps somewhat old fashioned in this day and age but it certainly makes my dental visits much more relaxed. I would definitely recommend a visit to RDental they are a great team.

This practice is super accessible for those patients who have accessibility issues. The staff are super friendly. Dentist- Ritesh Lad is brilliant, really good at his job. My teeth feel healthier, stronger and looked after. As a private patient, it is worth every penny and they do really look after you especially in times of emergencies!

I have been going to R Dental Clinic for a few years now and I can not recommend it highly enough. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service provided is outstanding. The one word I would use to describe this practice without a shadow of doubt is PROFESSIONALISM. When it comes to explaining option to treatments or what is involved regarding a treatment they are more than happy to answer any questions and explain in detail what is involved. When talking to Dr Lad or the hygienists you know you are talking to people who know what they are talking about from the questions they ask to the after care advice given. Highly recommended this dental practice.

I have been going to Rdental clinic for a number of years now. Everyone is so pleasant, happy and professional. The hygienist is absolutely amazing and a credit to the dental practice. Yesterday I saw a different dentist to the usual dentist I see. Aisha was so informative and closely inspected the areas I had concerns with. I've been under the care of Dr Lad for a few months now . Couple of months ago I decided to go ahead with some treatment that I needed doing , it also involved a crown fitting. I could not be happier with my crown and the care I received. All my friends always complement the work that I had done , crown colour was matched perfectly too. I've been under the care of Dr Lad for a few years now, and a couple of months ago I decided to go ahead with some treatment for my front teeth where the enamel had worn away leaving them looking jagged. I also needed a couple of crowns. Dr Lad and his team have been exceptional in discussing the options available to me as well as the care I've experienced throughout my treatment. I have been their client for a few years now. They are very professional. My dental records are systematically kept and every 6 months I get an update on my teeth and gum health and advise on what to do next. Moving into the area I needed to find a new dentist and came across R dental. For my first appointment I had a routine check up and deep clean performed by the hygienist Farshea and nurse Hadiqa, they were both very professional yet very personable and immediately made me feel at ease. They made sure I felt no discomfort at all times throughout the procedure and finished up with some advice on cleaning my teeth at home. 10/10 for service and performance, would definitely recommend.

I went to R Dental Clinic for boutique whitening. Dr Lad was extremely informative about pre and after care and the process of whitening. Dr Lad is a lovely dentist who is so personable and understanding. I have always been anxious of the dentist (through no fault of Dr Lad!) but I trust him and feel comfortable, despite my nerves! I travel to visit this dentist over registering somewhere closer to home specifically for this reason. Aside from this, the surgery is immaculate and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I needed to see someone about a nagging wisdom tooth, I got in with an appointment the same day and saw Mr. Lad. He explained my options and we agreed a plan, unfortunately plan A didn’t work for me and so I had the tooth removed, without any fuss ,during the following week.I have also seen the new hygienist within this time ( sorry, her name escapes me ) she also explained everything very well and gave me a lot of positive encouragement.I was treated with kindness and respect by Mr. Lad and all of his team.The only down side is the unexpected expense of dealing with an acute issue, I suspect the practice would be able to sort out a payment plan if it was necessary.All in all, a positive experience that left me feeling cared for.

Started my treatment just before the Covid-19 lock down , and for the obvious reasons , before my 2nd appointment was due, treatment came to a halt . when R Dental were up and running again, they were nothing but second to none . The way they are dealing with patients at this uncertain time is very professional . The patient (me in this case) is met outside by one of the assistants who gives me a mask , given hand sanitizer and have their temperature taken. Very caring..., looking out for me , you and staff members. My treatment (full dentures, top & bottom) has been so much more pleasant than I ever imagined, as I've always had a fear of dentists since childhood. Very caring and very understanding , I would certainly recommend this practice every day , all day , they are brilliant . THANK YOU

I had my complex extraction and done few fillings had a very lovely and easy going dentist. They took place all the safety measurements for the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. They make you feel comfortable throughout the treatment all the staff is very friendly. Easy to communicate and book appointments, they go in depth to explain things nicely. Definitely recommend to someone who’s looking for a good private dental clinic. Absolutely best in the game!!

Had Tooth Ache last week and despite feeling very anxious to come to the dentist during this covid 19 crisis, the team made me feel so safe. Before the appointment their friendly receptionist Abbie asked me some questions about my health and emailed me forms to fill out online which was very simple and took the payment over the phone When i arrived, a nurse came and took my temperature , gave me a mask and hand sanitiser and escorted me to the rear of the practice and the dentist and nurse made me feel so comfortable and very safe. I ended up having the tooth out and now i am pain free! Thank you Dr Atif for sorting my pain out there and then. I will be returning to have my teeth straightened over the next 2 month. Well done Team R Dental what a fantastic clinic!

The surgery itself has been refurbished to a high standard and both the waiting area and treatment rooms are immaculately presented. I returned for treatment after an initial check-up a few weeks before. I arrived a few minutes late, but Dr Lad was gracious enough to see me as it is a very busy dentist. I like that he asked if I was okay and if there were any problems since the last visit before going over the treatment amd explaining what he would be doing. He and his assistant made sure that I was relaxed and Dr Lad would check that I was okay during the treatment which was painless. Dr Lad always has a smile to welcome you and I always find the staff at R Dental Clinic very welcoming. It never feels scary coming here and I am pleased it is my dentist.
