POLITE NOTICE FOR PATIENTS
As coronavirus is on the rise again we are still following NHS Guidelines at the practice.
Masks are currently optional unless we are informed otherwise.
However, as we are a health care setting please inform us if you have Covid as we are not seeing patients with Covid-19.
If you have had Covid in the last 14 days we would require a negative lateral flow test to be completed before attending the Practice.
This is to ensure the safety of patients and Staff so we can work as normal without causing disruption in the workplace.
We are still completing a backlog of patients form the pandemic and to catch up on this back log we would appreciate patients to inform us.
